The Association of Physician Associates in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery invites you to Orlando, Florida, June 3–6, 2027, at the DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando. Key Dates
December 1, 2026 – Abstract submission deadline: Share your research, case reports, and quality initiatives with the largest gathering of cardiothoracic and vascular surgery PAs in the country.
May 1, 2027 – Early registration deadline: Register by this date to secure the lowest rate and guarantee your seat at the hands-on courses.
May 12, 2027 – Hotel room block closes: Reserve your room at the DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando by this date to receive the discounted APACVS group rate.

DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando, 5780 Major Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819. Located directly across from Universal Orlando Resort and minutes from International Drive, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to the theme parks and easy access to Orlando International Airport (MCO). Registration Refund Policy
We recognize that plans can change. Refunds for meeting registration are available through May 1, 2027, with a $100 administrative fee deducted. No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2027.
